18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Grade I-II; 2.BMI 18-25kg/m²; 3. Patients undergoing colorectal surgery who are conscious and able to accurately understand and use various rating scales

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any underlying coagulation disorders, infections or other conditions that might be contraindicated for nerve block; 2. Patients with extreme anxiety; 3. History of cardiovascular or endocrine disorders; 4. Patients with high intraocular pressure; 5. History of long-term use of analgesics or antipsychotics; 6. Comorbidities of major organs; 7. Patients with hypersensitivity to the drug or its excipients; 8. Patients who are deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators.
