Interventions

VHA-7d:Venolazan 20mg once a day and amoxicillin 1g 3 times a day were taken for 7 days
VHA-10d:Venolazan 20mg once a day and amoxicillin 1g 3 times a day were taken for 10 days
VHA-14d:Venolazan 20mg once a day and amoxicillin 1g 3 times a day were taken for 14 days

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 18-75 years with H.pylori infection confirmed by carbon 13-breath test (UBT) were recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of H.pylori eradication therapy, allergy to study drugs (VPZ, AMX), use of PPIs, VPZ, bismuth, and antibiotics in the 4 weeks prior to study.
