Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand the surgical options and informed consent; 2. Male or female aged>= 18 yeas old; 3. Clinical Diagnosis of RockwoodIII-VI acute acromioclavicular dislocation and plan for surgery based on the patient's symptoms and physical examination, X-rays (ortho, axillary, Zanca), CT, or MRI. 4. Injury time <3 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rockwood type I or II acromioclavicular dislocation was diagnosed; 2. Combined with other injuries such as coracoid fracture, clavicle fracture, or other shoulder joint fracture; 3. Neuromuscular system diseases; 4· Combined with mental disorder and can not understand the research and surgery content; 5. Previous shoulder surgery history
