Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of AD group: A. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "probable Alzheimer's disease with mild tomoderate dementia" in NINCDS-ADRDA; B. Chinese Han nationality, male or female, age = 60 years old, with good visual and auditory function; C. Voluntary participation in the study. Inclusion criteria of MCI group: A. Comply with Petersen's diagnostic criteria; B. Chinese Han nationality, male or female, age = 60 years old, with good audiovisual function; C. Voluntary participation in the study. Inclusion criteria for the control group: A. Chinese Han nationality, male or female, B. Age = 60 years, good audiovisual function, no cognitive dysfunction; C. Voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. A clear diagnosis of moderate to advanced dementia or severe mental illness; B. Neurological disorders such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, etc.; C. Severe chronic physical illness.
