Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. (cohort population) pregnancy at 12-14 gestational weeks; singleton; complete follow-up; sign informed consent. 2. (atopic dermatitis outpatient) confirmed atopic dermatitis; aged 1 month to 1year;parents sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. (cohort population) stillbirth or miscarriage; inherited skin disease in offspring. 2. (atopic dermatitis outpatient) vitamin E supplement within 4 weeks of enrollment; combined with other diseases (severe heart, liver, kidney diseases); inherited skin diseases: epidermolysis bullosa, pigment incontinence, non-vulgaris ichthyosis; within 4 weeks of enrollment, systemic use of non-steroidal immunosuppressants (such as cyclosporine and methotrexate) or systemic use of glucocorticoid preparations
