18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age of 18-60 years old; ? Neck and shoulder muscle pain, stiffness, neck pain lasting at least 3 months; ? Physical examination showed signs of neck muscle tension or cord, local tenderness; ? Cervical Distraction Test, Spurling's Test and Adson test were negative; ?VAS score =3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?History of head and neck trauma, head and neck surgery (such as craniocerebral trauma, spinal cord injury, cervical compression fracture, etc.); ?Currently suffering from spinal infection, tuberculosis, rheumatism and other infectious or immune diseases; ?Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction; ?Tumor patients; ?Those suffering from mental disorders, audio-visual or cognitive impairment, etc., who are unable to cooperate with the experiment; ?Left-handed; ?Pregnant women; ?Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
