Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be eligible for the study, the inclusion should be: (a) children 4 to 6 years of age; (b) children independently diagnosed as ADHD by a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, and/or a pediatric neurologist; (c) children enrolled in preschool; and (d) met the DSM-IV criteria for ADHD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: (a) children whose parents were recently separated or were in the process of divorce, (b) children who had experienced other significant losses in the past 12 months (i.e., death of a parent or sibling), and (c) receiving other psychological interventions during the time of trial.
