60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 60 years; (2) Screened and diagnosed with MCI; (3) Those who gave informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily; (4) Smartphone users.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons with severe mental disorders; (2) Those with severe deafness or blindness; (3) Patients with comorbid underlying diseases that contraindicate exercise (e.g., severe osteoarthritis, myocardial infarction or heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, etc.); (4) Those who have taken drugs related to improving cognitive function in the past 3 months; (5) Participating in cognitive or motor intervention therapy in the past 3 months; (6) Those who have regular exercise habit in the past 6 months.
