Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The included cases meet the inclusion criteria for stroke in the classification plan for various cerebrovascular diseases formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, and have been confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Brunnstrom staging IV and V; 3. Being able to stand and walk without the help of others; 4. Stable medical conditions; 5. Age 40-75: 6. No serious organ diseases; 7. No vibration training experience.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological diseases; 2. Severe musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disease; 3. Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation; 4. There are other serious diseases or exercise contraindications
