30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Aged between 30 and 80 years old (including 30 and 80 years); b) Patients with Mogensen stage II to IV who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western diabetic nephropathy; c) Informed consent of the patient, and the patient and his family are willing to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients of type 1 diabetic nephropathy and type 2 diabetic stage I and ?; b) Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver function and other life-threatening primary diseases; c) Patients 80 years old; d) Patients with diabetic nephropathy who have received kidney replacement therapy; e) Pregnant or lactating patients, mental patients. f) Patients who are unable to complete the course of treatment as planned.
