Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition); ?Age is 18~75 years old; ? HbA1c=7.5% in the past three months; ?no current treatment with insulin or insulin analogues; ? Have not received systematic diabetes health education courses; ? Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant; ? People with reduced mobility, mental abnormalities, cognitive impairments, and those who cannot cooperate; ? combined with serious diabetic complications; ?Tumor patients, who have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past six months; ?Patients who are participating in other similar research topics.
