Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients in intervention studies:? Age 18 and above; ? Patients with AIDS who are clearly diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS (Version 2021); ? Patients who have not started antiviral treatment; ? Volunteer to participate and provide written informed consent. Inclusion criteria for patients in qualitative and quantitative research: ? Age 18 and above; ? Patients with AIDS who are clearly diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS (Version 2021);? Regular follow-up in AIDS clinic of Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center; ? VVolunteer to participate and provide written informed consent. Inclusion criteria of nurses in qualitative research: ? Outpatient nurses in AIDS department; ? Engaged in AIDS nursing or case management for more than 2 years; ? Nurse or above professional title. Inclusion criteria of doctors in qualitative research:: ? AIDS clinic doctors; ? Engaged in AIDS diagnosis and treatment for 5 years or above; ? Title of attending physician or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients in all study stages:? Patients who lack language communication or reading skills and are unable to cooperate with research; ? Patients who also participate in other AIDS research projects. Exclusion criteria for medical staff: ? Those who refuse to participate in this study or cannot provide written informed consent.
