Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages older than 18 years. 2. Patients diagnosed with primary membranous nephropathy through renal biopsy or patients who have not undergone renal biopsy but are positive for anti phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies; 3.According to the 2021 KDIGO Guidelines for the Treatment of Glomerular Disease, clinical doctors have determined that patients with membranous nephropathy are at medium to high risk and require initiation of immunosuppressive therapy; 4. If previously treated with rituximab, the medication must be discontinued for at least six months; For those who have previously used other immunosuppressive agents such as steroids, cyclophosphamide, or calcineurin inhibitors, the decision to discontinue the medication can be made by the clinical doctor based on the clinical situation; 5. eGFR >60 ml/min per 1.73m2. 6. Agree to use obinutuzumab as instructed by the doctor to treat membranous nephropathy and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with positive HBV serum markers or severe liver dysfunction; 2. Concomitant severe systemic diseases; 3. Pregnant or plan to conceive.
