Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with malignant biliary obstruction by CT and/or MRI; ? Age > 18 years old; ? Patients with traditional PTBD or PTCS for biliary drainage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with acute severe cholangitis and acute necrotizing pancreatitis; ? Patients undergoing radical resection of malignant tumor at the same time; ? combined with other organs excision; ? Emergency operation.
