Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who met the diagnostic criteria and underwent PFNA internal fixation; ? patients aged 60-80 years; ? Informed consent for this study and willingness to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Obvious psychotic patients; ? Patients with lower limb dysfunction caused by stroke or spinal cord injury; ? Patients with cognitive dysfunction; ? Patients with audio-visual disorders and language communication disorders.
