Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for perianal abscess (anal carbuncle); 2. Conforming to the TCM standard for syndrome differentiation of fire and poison accumulation or heat and poison incandescence; 3.1 day = age =3 years, gender is not limited; 4. Patients who have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children >3 years old; (2) Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for perianal abscess of infants and young children; (3) The child has other major diseases, such as congenital cardiovascular diseases and developmental abnormalities; (4) Other intestinal diseases affecting curative effect were excluded, such as Crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, anorectal stenosis, etc.; (5) Children with allergic or cicatricial constitution; (6) Exclude children with infectious diseases, such as viral hepatitis; (7) Children with coagulation dysfunction. (8) Abscess infection is serious (such as high fever or blood routine, CRP and other infection indicators higher than the normal line of 10%). Those who met one of the above criteria were excluded from this clinical study.
