Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject inclusion criteria 1. Healthy adults (aged from 18 to 60 years old), male and female, non-pregnant and lactating mothers; 2. Physical index (body mass index; BMI) within normal range (18.5kg/m2~24.0kg/m2); 3. No history of diabetes mellitus (or impaired glucose tolerance), no other metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, endocrine system diseases and mental diseases, etc.; 4. No history of food allergy and intolerance; 5. Did not take nutrient supplements that affect glucose tolerance, or oral contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, steroids, protease inhibitors, and antipsychotics in the past three months; 6 Be able to tolerate the fasting state for at least 10h.
