Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Sign informed consent, male or female; ? Orthopaedic knee replacement under quasi-general anesthesia; ? 65 years old = age =85, ASA: Grade I ~ III; ? Endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask placement can complete the operation; The estimated operation time is less than 180 minutes; ? The expected blood loss is less than 800ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing emergency operation within 12 hours after admission; ? Preoperative MMSE score =23 points; ? There are contraindications of percutaneous electrical stimulation, including stimulation of local skin damage or infected people, there are implanted electrophysiological devices in the body; ?
