65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age= 65 years; ASAI.~III. Planned hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia; Informed consent, willing to undergo follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have undergone total hip arthroplasty; The preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is less than 24 points; Patients with psychiatric disorders or central nervous system diseases; Patients who are unable or refuse to complete a neuropsychological examination preoperatively.
