Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maxillary and mandibular dentition loss (in line with the diagnostic criteria set by the World Health Organization) 2.Requirements for complete denture restoration 3.Good tolerance and cooperation to clinical trials
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With other serious diseases of oral and maxillofacial system 2.Female patients during pregnancy, lactation and other special periods 3.Suffering from malignant tumor,immune,mental,blood and other serious system diseases
