Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-65 years; ? ASA grade ? ~ ?; ? BMI 18 ~ 29kg/m2; ? Laparoscopic surgery was performed on an elective basis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Refusing to perform nerve block; ? Bradycardia and conduction block; ? Coagulation dysfunction; ?Skin infection at puncture site; ? History of severe cardiopulmonary diseases; ? Patients with severe central or peripheral nervous system diseases; ? Severe history of liver and kidney function diseases; ?Long-term chronic pain and related medication history;? Pet-name ruby 48-hour follow-up records were incomplete.
