Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-70 years old, male or female; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of the International Society of Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders in 2015, the clinical diagnosis was confirmed as primary Parkinson's disease; 3.MoCA score is below 26 points, MMSE score is below 27 points; 4. Hoehn and Yahr staging scale stage 1 to 3; 5. Take steady doses of anti-Parkinson's drugs regularly for at least one month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking drugs to improve cognitive function; 2. Accompanied by severe cognitive dysfunction and hallucination, unable to match the scale evaluation; 3. Patients with serious mental diseases such as depression, schizophrenia, and violent tendencies; 4. Cognitive impairment caused by Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and other diseases; 5. Have participated in other drug or acupuncture researchers 1 month before the study began; 6. Patients who are not suitable to participate in this study due to physical conditions; 7. It is clear that there are other serious underlying diseases, such as stroke, hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumors, etc. 8. People who are allergic or intolerant to acupuncture.
