Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study recruited patients with chronic ankle instability. Inclusion criteria: ?18-35 years old, BMI 18-25; A history of at least one ankle sprain with pain and decreased function for more than one day, with the initial sprain occurring more than 1 year before the study and the most recent ankle sprain occurring more than 3 months before the study; At least 2 times giving way or instability of the ipsilateral ankle in the past 6 months; ?CAIT score<=24 points; ? The patient agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? bilateral ankle sprain history or instability; ? History of lower extremity fracture or musculoskeletal surgery; (3) Have any history of acute musculoskeletal injury in the lower extremities within 3 months, and have taken drugs that affect balance function; ? Visual impairment, vestibular or balance impairment. ? Unable to complete 10 consecutive one-leg jumps on the affected side (interval 30cm).
