Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients aged 15 to 70 years old. ii. Close contacts aged 15 to 70 years old. iii. The research objects of this evaluation are divided into three groups: patients with confirmed tuberculosis (case group), patients with suspected tuberculosis who have excluded tuberculosis (control group), and healthy controls (control group). a) Confirmed patient group: Laboratory examination shows positive culture and/or Xpert MTB/RIF. -The detection results in the experiment must be accurate and reliable. -If necessary, the results should be confirmed through repeated experiments. -If the tuberculosis culture is positive, exclude NTM samples from the positive samples through MPT64. b) Suspected tuberculosis patients exclude tuberculosis patients People with abnormal chest radiographs but negative culture and Xpert MTB/RIF in close contacts of suspected tuberculosis patients and confirmed tuberculosis patients. c) Health control There is no abnormal chest radiograph among the close contacts of the diagnosed tuberculosis patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Tuberculosis patients who have undergone treatment for 2 weeks or more. ii. Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form or are deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by clinical doctors and researchers.
