Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusive criteria: ? Age 30-75; ? Time of onset = 12 hours, D2W time (time from the patient's visit to the hospital gate to the surgical guide wire passing through the occlusion) = 90 minutes; ? No previous history of myocardial infarction; ? Emergency PCI intervention was given without slow blood flow or reflow during the operation; ? At the end of the operation, the blood pressure, heart rate/heart rhythm were stable, and the use of vasoactive drugs or antiarrhythmic drugs was = 1 day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? IABP, ECMO and other left ventricular assistive devices were used during perioperative period; ? Complicated with severe, rheumatic and immune diseases, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Complicated with other heart diseases: such as myocarditis, valvular heart disease, corpulmonale and hypertensive heart disease; ? The heart has shown pathological structural changes; ? Patients with incomplete case data. The normal people in the same period of physical examination (including chest high-resolution CT examination items) were taken as the control group.
