Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Three groups of subjects were included in this study, including TB infected patients (TB patients and latent tuberculosis), non-TB patients and healthy controls. For TB patients, the confirmed cases and clinically diagnosed cases of TB in the "Diagnosis of Tuberculosis" standard (WS288-2017) are used as the gold standard for TB diagnosis; Non-TB patients are those clinically diagnosed with respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, lung cancer, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, non-tuberculous mycobacterium lung disease, and chronic obstructive emphysema, excluding TB patients; Latent TB, adult, without a known history of TB, who had normal chest radiography without clinical features such as fever, cough, night sweats, and weight loss, were confirmed to have negative results on the IGRA test. Healthy controls, adult, without a known history of exposure to MTB, who had normal chest radiography without clinical features, were confirmed to have negative results on the IGRA test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ? Pregnant or lactating patients; ? Patients with hematological malignancy; ? HIV-infected persons; ? Combined with autoimmune diseases; ? Use immunosuppressants (including steroid hormones, mycophenolate, cyclophosphamide, rapamycin, cyclosporine, azathioprine, TNF antagonists, methotrexate, tacrolimus, etc.); ? After organ transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
