Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First onset: Age = 60 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke hemiplegia, and confirmed by CT and/or MRI; (2) Clear consciousness, stable condition, and basic normal cognitive function; (3) Enjoying or being able to receive music therapy; (4) No factors that affect hearing and movement, such as hearing impairment, congenital disabilities, and deformities; (5) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of stroke with residual limb dysfunction; (2) Large area cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage, with sustained limb motor function in the relaxation phase; (3) Repeated illness, unable to continue rehabilitation treatment as planned; (4) Concomitant serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney.
