Flouride varnish:After baseline examination, clean and dry all tooth surfaces with small cotton balls. Applying 0.25ml Duraphat on all tooth surfaces with a small brush.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3-6 years old who have at least 16 teeth The first primary molar has fully erupted They can cooperate with oral examination and specimen collection Their parents informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have any genetic or systemic disease that might interfere with the results of the study Use of hormones, immune agents or any drugs that may affect the function of saliva in the last six months Used fluoride in the last six months Antibiotics in the last three months Have used probiotic drugs or products in the past week Allergic to fluoride Have orthodontic device inside the mouth
