Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypoglycemia (fasting blood glucose concentration below 2.8mmol/L); 2. Anatomic imaging shows a pancreatic mass, clinically suspected as a patient with insulinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinically diagnosed as a patient with non insulinoma; Individuals with a history of mental illness; Have a history of active epilepsy within the two years prior to enrollment; Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Individuals with orthostatic hypotension; Patients with severe infections and injuries; Individuals with a history of drug abuse and alcohol dependence; Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials within the first three months of being selected, etc; 2) Those without pathological result verification; Minors, pregnant women, lactating women, individuals with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase exceeding the upper limit of normal by 8-10 times, serum creatinine 186-442 umol/L), and individuals with a history of allergy to contrast agents or other medications.
