Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Three groups of subjects were included in this study, including tuberculosis, non-tuberculosis and latent tuberculosis. For TB patients, the confirmed cases and clinically diagnosed cases of TB in the "Diagnosis of Tuberculosis" standard (WS288-2017) are used as the gold standard for TB diagnosis; Non-TB patients are those clinically diagnosed with respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, lung cancer, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, non-tuberculous mycobacterium lung disease, and chronic obstructive emphysema; Latent TB: ? Age = 18 years old; ? IGRAs positive; ? No clinical manifestations of active tuberculosis such as fever, cough, night sweats, and weight loss; ? Within six months of imaging examination, there is no evidence of active or old tuberculosis; ? No previous history of TB.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant or lactating patients; ? Patients with hematological malignancy; ? HIV-infected persons; ? Combined with autoimmune diseases; ? Use immunosuppressants (including steroid hormones, mycophenolate, cyclophosphamide, rapamycin, cyclosporine, azathioprine, TNF antagonists, methotrexate, tacrolimus, etc.); ? After organ transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
