18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or above 2. Current caregiver to a patient diagnosed of stage III or IV cancer 3. Able to read or understand Chinese or English 4. Score at least 4 on the Distress Thermometer (DT) with distress related to caregiving

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from severe psychopathology or cognitive impairment
