Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients to be operated under general anaesthesia for elective lower abdominal surgery (2) Duration of surgery: 2-4h (3) Age: 18-80 years old (4) American Society of Anaesthesiologists Health Status Classification (ASA)Grade :I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious liver or kidney disease or infectious disease (2) Cardiovascular accident within 3 months (3) Other surgeries within 3 months (4) History of steroid treatment with endocrine disease (5) Body mass index (BMI) =30kg/m^2 or <18.5kg/m^2 (6) Preoperative blood pressure over 180/100mmHg (7) Incomplete data collection
