Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Investigation section (1) Have obtained the nurse practice qualification certificate; (2) Practicing time= 1 year; (3) During the practice period, the nursing adverse events have been experienced, and the nursing adverse event standards refer to the "Notice of Yuxi People's Hospital on Revising and Issuing the Management of Adverse Event Reports and the System of Rewards and Punishments"; (4) Be aware of this study and voluntarily join this study. Intervention section: (1) Those who belong to a tertiary hospital; (2) Second victim experience and support high impact, low support group: Select survey section: The total score of the Chinese version of the Second Victim Experience and Support Scale (SVEST) is ranked according to the extreme group method, with the top 27% in the high group; (3) The psychological resilience group: Among the above (2), the last 30% of the total score of the Psychological Resilience Scale (CD-RISD) is ranked in high or low order; (4) Workers in different wards; (5) Emotionally stable, able to participate in this activity independently, and able to cooperate in completing relevant scales; (6) Before intervention, it was clearly stated through conversation that they voluntarily participated in the group activities of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Investigation section: (1) Nurses who are interned, on leave or on leave to study abroad; (2) Nurses with medical or psychiatric conditions. Intervention section: (1) Those who have participated in other psychological interventions; (2) Nurses who participate in this study cannot be guaranteed.
