Subthreshold Depression

Interventions

1:The order of this group is: (1) HIIT
(2) MICT
(3) SIT. At least 7 days apart, a 20 minute exercise intervention should be conducted each time, with heart rate monitoring of physical activity.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research subjects are adolescents aged 13-18. Selection criteria: 1) Meets the criteria for depression assessment; 2) All responses to the Physical Activity Preparation Questionnaire (PAR-Q) are negative to ensure that the participants are able to withstand exercise intervention; 3) No history of mental illness, including history of traumatic brain injury, history of neurological disorders, history of substance abuse, and history of chronic physical diseases; 4) Good mental condition, no coffee, alcohol, etc. consumed within two hours prior to the test; 5) Color vision and (corrected) vision are normal. After the subjects are aware of the experimental process, they must agree and sign an informed consent form before proceeding with the experiment.
