Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-45 years old, education > 9 years. (2) The cognitive assessment was normal, that is, the score of MoCA7.1 version = 26 points. (3) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of neurological and psychiatric diseases that affect cognitive function. (2) Have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or serious risk factors, and are not suitable for exercise. (3) Have severe organ organic lesions or musculoskeletal system diseases, and cannot tolerate exercise. (4) Those with special diseases such as color blindness and hearing impairment are unable to complete the cognitive test. (5) Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of the exercise and reaction speed test.
