Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke occurred, and the lesion was located in the cerebral cortex or subcortex; 2. Moderate or mild cognitive impairment was detected through mini-mental state examination (MMSE) (10= moderate =20 points, 21= mild =26 points); 3. Attention dysfunction exists in the initial screening of MMSE attention subtest and number symbol test; 4. Age 40-75 years old, duration of disease within 6 months; 5. The condition is stable and the vital signs are stable; 6. Good handedness function; 7. Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metal implants in the body (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.); 2. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, severe electrolyte disorders and serious mental disorders; 3. Aphasia (inability to express your feelings clearly and accurately); 4. There are serious visual and hearing disorders, such as color blindness, deafness, etc.; 5. There is partial neglect; 6. Previous tDCS treatment.
