Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 20 to 70 years old. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MPS in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndrome: meet 5 major criteria and at least 1 minor criteria: Main criteria: ? complained of regional pain; (2) paresthesia in the expected distribution area of the chief complaint of pain or the trigger point of referred pain; ? The affected muscle can reach the tension band; ? a point in the tension zone is intense point-like tenderness; ? At the time of measurement, there is some degree of limited movement. Secondary criteria: ? Recurrent clinical pain or paresthesia at the tender point; ? Local convulsive reaction was induced by palpation of the ribbon area. (3) Single fiber sEMG test was adopted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women or pregnant women; (2) Radiation pain in the upper/lower limbs due to disc herniation; (3) spinal infection, fracture and tumor; (4) Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis active period;
