Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 65 years; 2.Defined by laparoscopy for more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refuses to join clinical trial; 2.Emergency surgery; 3.Patients with impaired consciousness and communication difficulty; 4.Hemodynamically unstable patients; 5.Patients receiving oxygen therapy preoperatively; 6.Pneumonectomy Patients; 7.Patients with severe nasal obstruction; 8.Patients with severe or above pulmonary dysfunction.
