Exposure group:No intervention. All eligible patients will be exposure to the intraoperative oxygen inhalation.

18 Years to 200 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age older than 18 years old. 2. ASA: I-III . 3. Scheduled for elective surgery lasting for = 2 hour. 4. Scheduled for abdominal surgery under general anesthesia and planned to be extubated in the operating room.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any reasons for exclusion that were considered by the investigators. 2. SpO2 < 92% (air) 3. Preoperative history of lung surgery, severe obstructive lung diseases, severe restrictive lung diseases, or progressive neuromuscular diseases. 4. Pregnancy or lactation. 5. Expecting to receive reoperation or postoperative mechanical circulatory support 6. Consent for other trials.
