Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Registered nurses who have been recruited after 2020 and possess the necessary qualifications; ? More than 6 months of working experience in at least one pediatric department; ? Consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Intern nurses or those undergoing standardized training; ? Nurses who have worked in pediatrics for less than 6 months; ? Nurses who left or went on leave during the study period; ? Nurses not involved in clinical first-line treatment; ? Nurses participating in other teaching studies.
