Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery for gynecological TLH; 2BMI 20~25 kg/m²; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. Have certain listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to understand the content of the scale; 5. The patient is informed, voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb surgery or trauma; 2. Preoperative lower limb ultrasound showed that there was thrombosis in the veins of the lower limbs; 3. The preoperative fibrinolysis index D-D dimer exceeds the normal value by more than 1 time; 4. Severe herniation of cervical and lumbar intervertebral discs and symptoms of compression of the spinal cord (such as numbness of both lower limbs); 5. Combined with other neurological tumors or other primary malignant tumors of other systems; 6. Combined with other serious primary diseases or mental diseases; 7. Cognitive dysfunction.
