Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years old. 2. Surgical method: resection of at least the glandular lobe and isthmus, accompanied by central lymph node dissection (CLND). 3. The postoperative pathology was papillary thyroid carcinoma with or without Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of thyroid surgery or disease recurrence; 2. Previous history of exposure to radiation in the head and neck region; 3, lack of preoperative TPOAb results or not Guangzhou First People's Hospital TPOAb results; 4, thyroid follicular cancer, medullary cancer or undifferentiated thyroid cancer; 5. Patients with incomplete medical records.
