Experimental group: homemade broccoli juice (400 g/ ton)+Regular diet intake for 14 days
Control group:Regular diet for 14 days (no broccoli juice)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No drinking, smoking and other bad habits; No late nights in two weeks; Age 20-60 years old; No history of physical illness or substance abuse; First-degree relatives have no related history; No serious skin or blood-related diseases, such as neurodermatitis and atopic dermatitis, thrombocytopenia, coagulation disorders and hemophilia; Able to accept the treatment of this study, not fainting, not afraid of acupuncture, able to cooperate with doctors to complete the data collection before and after treatment; No contraindications associated with MRI scanning (e.g. metal in the body, pacemaker installation, claustrophobic patients, etc.) Patients who have informed consent to participate in this project, are willing to participate in the enrollment, and can actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Eliminate diabetes, hypertension and other basic diseases, eliminate systemic organic diseases; Have suffered from serious heart, brain, liver, kidney disease or other serious physical diseases; The patient had a history of brain injury or brain surgery
