Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective open pancreatectomy 2) Age: 18-80 years old 3) ASA grade II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cardiac insufficiency (NYHA>level 2) 2) Chronic liver disease or cirrhosis (Child Pugh grade>A) 3) Renal insufficiency patients (receiving renal replacement therapy or blood Scr>177umol/L) 4) Patients with schizophrenia or epilepsy who cannot cooperate 5) Patients with insulinoma or glucagon tumor 6) Serious hypoglycemic events occurred within three months 7) Evaluate patients who are not suitable for wearing CGMS (severe coagulation dysfunction) 8) Participate in other interventional clinical trials within three months 9) Patients who refuse to participate in the trial
