Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) First-time stroke patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" and are confirmed by CT/MRI; 2) The course of disease is 2 weeks to 6 months; 3) Those with Brunnstrom stage I to IV of the affected upper limb and obvious upper limb motor dysfunction; 4) Able to sit upright without support for 20 minutes; 5) Age =18 years old and =70 years old; 6) Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 7) The patient or family members give informed consent and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with severe mental disorders, hearing impairment, and visual impairment; 2) Those with severe cognitive/perceptual impairment and unable to cooperate to complete treatment; 3) Those with severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart and lungs; 4) The muscle tone of the affected upper limb is too high and the modified Ashworth assessment is =3; 5) Those with other neurological diseases affecting upper limb function.
