Carbamazepine group (Group A):A. Carbamazepine group scheme: Carbamazepine tablets, the initial dose is 0. 1g, 3 times/day, after meals. If the pain relief is not obvious, the dosage can be increased

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary trigeminal neuralgia; (2) Recurrence of surgical treatment; (3) All patients gave informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Patients with intracranial metal implantation and increased intracranial pressure; (b) Cardiac pacemaker installer; (c) Cochlear implants, wearers of in-ear hearing AIDS; (d) A history or family history of epilepsy; (e) Persons who have been treated for electric convulsions within the last 1 month; (f) Abnormal recent EEG examination; (g) Pregnant women, infants and young children and persons unable to express their feelings. Presence of metallic foreign bodies in the body; (h) Combined with other brain diseases; (i) Allergy to the investigational drug; (j) Behavioural cognitive impairment.
