Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who meet the diagnostic requirements of cerebrovascular diseases in China in 2019 and are diagnosed as first-time stroke patients by head CT or MRI; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? The course of the disease was within 2 weeks; ? Conscious and stable; ? Voluntarily participate in the study and be able to fill in the questionnaire;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Had a history of mental illness, complicated with serious complications and complications of heart, lung, brain and kidney; ?History of Alzheimer's disease, mixed dementia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases; ? Patients who have taken sedative and psychotropic drugs in the last 1 month.
