Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old 2. Scoring between 5 and 19 points on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ9) 3. Willingness to accept randomized intervention assignments 4. Having access to a WeChat public account or web browser to complete the intervention content 5. Proficiency in the Chinese language (listening, reading, and writing) 6. Readiness to actively engage in all intervention components and complete questionnaires based on their actual circumstances.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Documented history of mental illness diagnosed by a hospital psychiatric department 2. Those currently involved in other forms of psychological counselling or intervention, including one-on-one counselling, group counselling, and psychological intervention programs lasting more than three days.
