Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patient age = 18 years old; ? Urinary tract CT plain scan confirmed simple renal lower calyceal calculi = 1.0cm, = 3.0cm; ? The patient ultimately underwent intracavitary lithotripsy treatment (including: RIRS combined with negative pressure suction sheath, PCNL). ? The patient is aware of the content of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Lower renal calyceal stones combined with ipsilateral ureteral stones; ? Other diseases of the ureter (such as obstruction of the renal pelvis ureteral junction, ureteral stenosis, repeated ureters, etc.); ? Patients with renal malformations (duplicate renal malformations, ectopic kidneys, horseshoe kidneys, etc.); ? Patients with combined severe heart, lung, and brain diseases; ? Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; ? Pregnancy; ? Spinal deformities; ? Patients with severe preoperative pyelonephritis.
