Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65 2. BMI: 18.5-30kg/m2 3. ASA Level: I-III 4. Selective general anesthesia for laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer 5. Sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, moderate to severe anemia (Hb<90g/L) 2. Preoperative severe respiratory dysfunction (PaO2<60mmHg), FEV1/FVC<50%, severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) 3. Allergies or contraindications to drugs related to this study 4. Severe mental or hearing impairment, inability to communicate normally
